How do I start?
Create a free account, upload a clear product photo, choose a category and scenario, then review the settings before generating.
Do I need a card to try Crezelo?
No. A new account includes 6 free Sparks and does not require a card.
What can I create?
You can create product photos, compositions, visual product cards, listing copy and short videos. Available options depend on the product and scenario.
Can I use the results commercially?
Yes. You may use generated results in your store, marketplaces, ads and social media, provided you have the right to use the images and brands you upload.
How much does a generation cost?
The Spark cost is shown before confirmation. Current packages start at US$5 with no mandatory subscription.
What should I do if a generation fails?
Do not repeat the same action many times. Save the displayed code and include the product and step in the support form.
I paid but did not receive Sparks. What now?
Send your account email, date, amount and payment method. We will verify the transaction and correct the balance if there was a technical failure.
How do I delete my data?
Choose “Privacy and data” in the form and enter your account email. We will verify the request before deleting or providing data.
