• Content you upload: product photos and texts/descriptions to generate results.
• Usage data: basic technical logs for operation and security.
• Purchase data: handled by our payment processors; we do not store your card details.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service (generate your images/cards/videos), manage your account and your Sparks, offer support, moderate and secure the Service, investigate abuse or fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

Only with providers necessary for the Service: AI providers (for example OpenAI, Replicate) to generate your results; payment processors (Dodo Payments, PayPal, NOWPayments); and the hosting provider. We do not sell your data.

4. Retention

We keep your data while you have an account and for as long as needed to comply with the law. You can request deletion of your account and data.
