Crezelo Refund Policy
Crezelo sells digital products (“Sparks” credits) that are activated in your account immediately. Because of their digital nature, all sales are final and Sparks are non-refundable once credited.
Exception — technical error
If you were charged for a package but the Sparks did not appear in your account, use the form on the Contact page: we will verify and credit the corresponding Sparks (or fix the charge). This is not a refund, but the correction of a fault.
Payments are processed through Dodo Payments, PayPal and NOWPayments; in the event of a payment dispute, those processors’ policies also apply.
By buying a Sparks package you acknowledge and accept this policy.
