Crezelo Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Crezelo (“the Service”), you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Crezelo is a tool that generates product images, cards and videos with artificial intelligence, from the photos and data you upload, for use on marketplaces and social networks. The Service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of a specific result.

3. Account

You are responsible for the security of your account and for the activity carried out with it. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age in your country.

4. Sparks (credits)

Generation features are paid for with “Sparks”, digital credits bought in packages. Sparks are not money, do not earn interest, are not transferable to other accounts and have no value outside the Service. The Spark cost per operation is shown in the app.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Dodo Payments (merchant of record), PayPal and, for crypto, NOWPayments.

Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller of our products: the purchase is made from Dodo Payments, while the product is licensed to you by Crezelo.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Crezelo for illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, trademarks or copyrights that are not yours, or for misleading, offensive or unlawful material. You are responsible for the images and data you upload and for having the right to use them.

An authorized Service moderator may review account projects and content for moderation, security, support, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

7. Content and ownership

You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them and provide the Service (sending them to the AI providers to generate the result). The generated results are yours for commercial use, within the limits of the law and these Terms.

8. AI providers

Generation is performed with third-party services (for example OpenAI and Replicate). Using the Service means your input images are sent to those providers solely to generate your result.

9. Availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We aim for a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crezelo will not be liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version will be posted on this page with its date.
